Stillreport: The Citizens Commission for Restoring America has just produced a Directive to all the Governors of the United States to act together to restore America. The Directive was signed by two retired generals, Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney, and Army Major General Paul E. Vallely; and Edward L. Haugland, a Special Advisor to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command. It implores the states to take 6 critical actions that are demanded by the United States Constitution, and cites the precise Article or Amendment to the Constitution that proscribes the requested actions. “The Citizens Commission for Restoring America represents a diverse set of citizens who seek to restore America by exercising our Constitutional rights for a limited government such that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” [1]
